NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 439(2) of the Companies Act, 2016, that the resolution set out below was duly passed by the members of the Company

on 24^th October 2024.

 

Special Resolution

 

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the Liquidators be and are hereby authorized to divide all or such parts of the surplus assets of the Company as they shall

think fit in specie amongst the member of the Company Mr Ahn Pil Seong & Mr Mitsuaki Tanabe  and Mr Kumarakuru A/L Jai Prakash Krishnan of Baker Tilly Insolvency PLT,

Baker Tilly Tower, Level 10, Tower 1, Avenue 5, Bangsar South City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, be and are hereby appointed to act as the joint and several Liquidators of the Company

for the purposes of such winding up.”
